Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We’re very excited to introduce you to Luxury Santa Teresa, and Casa Helena, our 4 bedroom villa, right by the beach.

We moved to Costa Rica in 2001 with 2 children, and we’ve lived in Santa Teresa ever since. Our third child was born here. Casa Helena was the first property we built in Santa Teresa, and we’ve been renting it out for many years. In 2021, we completed a total renovation of the house, and we’re happy to have you stay here.

In addition, over our many years here, we’ve kept busy with other projects, including hotels, villas, and resorts (both in and out of Santa Teresa), as well as raising our children.
